This year’s Liberation Day will be the finale of four days of activities taking part throughout the island as Jersey Celebrates the Coronation of King Charles III throughout the bank holiday weekend. A service and re-enactment to mark the 78th anniversary of the Liberation of Jersey will be held in Liberation Square, St Helier.
Limited seats in Liberation Square are available for free on a first come first served basis for those wishing to attend the reenactment ceremony and service of thanksgiving for Liberation Day 2023.
Seats must be taken by 10.15am all vacant seats will be made available after this time and the event will begin at 10.30am promptly.
There will be additional viewing points to watch the proceedings.
