Learn how to make your own sourdough bread in the Trust’s very own watermill using our freshly milled stone-ground flour. In this beginner’s class, artisan baker Richie Howell of Pain de Famille will guide participants through the whole bread making process from start to finish ‒ from preparing the ferment and mixing the dough to proving and baking their own traditional loaf of bread.
