Following the success of our sell out course last year Tai Chi is back! Tai Chi was originally developed as a martial art, however, practitioners soon realised its health benefits. Through regular practice it promoted relaxation, flexibility, coordinating strength, dynamic balance, allowing practitioners to remain fit and energised even into old age. This course is designed to cater for those who are beginners and to those who have previously attended. It will take you through different techniques and steps to start (or continue) you on the Tai Chi journey.
