Come and join this new foundation course for Jersey Arts Centre. Tai Chi was originally developed as a martial art, however, practitioners soon realised its health benefits. Through regular practice it promoted relaxation, flexibility, coordinated strength and dynamic balance, allowing practitioners to remain fit and energised even into old age.
This foundation course consists of:
Tai Chi warm up – including silk reeling practice.
Eight-Step Chen Tai Chi Form and basic movement
An introduction into Qigong practice.
