Tai Chi was originally developed as a martial art, however, practitioners soon realised its health benefits. Through regular practice it promoted relaxation, flexibility, coordinated strength, dynamic balance, allowing practitioners to remain fit and energised even into old age. This course is designed to cater for those who are beginners or want to refresh their skills. It will take you through different techniques and steps to start (or continue) you on the Tai Chi and Qigong journey.
