Pollinator Watching – Workshop

This workshop is an opportunity to learn more about the diversity of pollinators, identify the pollinator groups and how to survey and monitor them using Flower-Insect-Timed Counts.

Pollinators are vital for the production of many of our favourite fruits including apples and strawberries. Come along a watch them at work and help with our survey of Samares Manor.

This is an outdoor event. Please bring along a sun hat, sturdy footwear and a water bottle. If you have a hand lens or any insect guides please feel free to bring them along on the day.
