Hambye in Normandy was the ancestral home of the powerful Paynel family, one branch of which was led by the Seigneur de Hambye, who held land in Jersey. This piece of land referred to as a Fief was known as La Hougue Hambye. Hear intriguing stories about the Seigneur de Hambye accompanied with Medieval music by Cally Noel.
