Farming through the ages’ – Linear Walk
Today one only thinks of potatoes and cows, but hundreds of years ago subsistence farmers grew only what they needed, with a little over for resale. Today we will see cider orchards similar to those which covered much of the island in the 19th century, and visit a modern cattle farm at milking time.
