Starting at Grosnez, the walk heads east to the top of the steep walk down to the raised cave at La Cotte a la Chèvre where many flints and bones from the Palaeolithic era have been found. Stand in the cave and marvel at the shelter afforded by this cave which would have looked out over a vast tundra like plain. This is the most dramatic coastline in Jersey and gives you great views of the cliffs and also the other islands. This walk is restricted to small numbers and participants need to have a good head for heights as it is quite exposed in places. Good walking shoes essential.
