𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 – At 10am on Saturday, renowned chef Michael Caines will host a special Q&A session with our talented local chefs discussing and launching the Chefs Charter. At 11am Michael will officially open the festival.
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐛 – Star of TV’s 𝐑𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 and celebrated author, Steven Lamb will take the reins of the demo stage, showcasing incredible food demonstrations featuring local beef, pork, lamb, and dairy.
