Batterie Lothringen – Noirmont Point
Open Sunday 28th 10:00-17:00.
Come and explore over 30 rooms of multiple bunkers, trenches and gun emplacements including the massive multi-floored ‘Noirmont Command Bunker’ and the 5 floors of the neighboring observation tower, both with working WW2 periscopes, binoculars, rangefinders and telescopes plus get hands on with many of the well-known WW2 weapons! The Jersey War Tours Shop offers some very interesting militaria & locally produced gifts for those loved ones that are hard to buy for!

Strongpoint Corbiere
Sunday 28th June 14:00-17:00
Discover several restored bunkers on the headland including the 5cm M19 automatic fortress mortar bunker and 6-loopholed heavy machine gun turret bunker’s which are connected by an impressive tunnel and all unique for Jersey! Apart from visiting multi roomed complexes which always surprise people, there are details of the original crew thanks to the post war return of Engelbert Hoppe who commanded the M19 bunker. Also learn who built these fortifications, the soldiers interactions with neighbouring locals and an escape attempt that ended in disaster on the lighthouse causeway in 1944.
