The Windmill tea rooms open at 9am every morning from Tuesday to Sunday (Closed Monday`s) for breakfasts and the breakfast / brunch menu is available all day, along with the afternoon and high tea menus. When the tea rooms close at 5:30 pm the wine bar opens on the first floor in the mill tower, the wine bar offers a rustic cheese & charcuterie menu ranging from Fondue and Raclette, to sharing platters and fresh homemade Pizzas. The Windmill Inn will have a calendar of tasting events, ranging from Charcuterie and whisky pairings, presented by Glennfiddich, to Cheese and whisky presented by Dalwhinnie, along with Gin tastings and selected spirits features.
