“FlashMob made their way onto the stage and launched into their set of non-stop pop-rocking fun in just the way we’ve come to expect.Unfazed by the size of the venue the band delivered a set spanning Bon Jovi and Guns ‘N’ Roses to Smash Mouth and Ricky Martin all with barely a pause for breath, grabbing the still growing crowd and pulling them along for the ride…… with the whole band owning the, frankly enormous, stage with a relaxed aplomb……. it was clear they’d set out to make a mark and they certainly did, setting the bar high for those to follow.” Tommy Girard June 2025, Let There Be Rock 3 review. “The second half of the set saw them then go into full-on rock party mode with an extended medley that spanned everything from Smash Mouth to Bonnie Tyler to The Monkees and I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a sight quite like several hundred metallers, punks and bikers singing and bouncing along to Ricky Martin’s Livin’ La Vida Loca without a shred of irony in sight, all before an exceptionally delivered encore of Stairway To Heaven (which saw rhythm section Martin Powell and Henry Marston playing Top Trumps during the extended bass and drums free first half of the song).” Tommy Girard June 2024.
