Alice Armstrong is returning to Jersey after her triumph in Millbrook Park last August at Blues In The Park! She will be unleashing her powerful voice and stage presence in the wonderfully intimate and atmospheric Blue Note Bar.
Championed by BBC Radio 2’s Craig Charles who was blown away by her incredible Vocal skills , Alice Armstrong is simply one of the greatest contemporary UK blues singers. A multi UK Blues Awards nominated artist, known for her wide vocal range, masterful songwriting with unconventional lyrics, enigmatic delivery and powerful stage presence. She has spent the last few years performing at many of the UK’s biggest rhythm and blues festivals and has worked with some of the most respected musicians on the UK Blues scene. Alice has been chosen to be part of the highly prestigous Joe Bonamassa Mediterranean Blues Cruise this summer and played her fist headlining set at London’s Legendary 100 Club as part of a tribute to the 20th Century Classic Blues Divas!
