Whether you’re a history buff, enthusiast or simply seeking a unique outing, discover some of the best preserved & restored WW2 German fortifications in Europe today maintained by the C.I. Occupation Society since the late 1970s by dedicated passionate and knowledgeable volunteers who present sites with a ‘working atmosphere’ feel where you can get ‘hands on’ with weapons and equipment plus many sites also have details of original crew members who returned post war!
BATTERIE LOTHRINGEN – Noirmont Point

Explore over 30 rooms of multiple bunkers, trenches and gun emplacements including the massive multi-floored ‘Noirmont Command Bunker’ and the 5 floors of the neighboring observation tower, both with working WW2 periscopes, binoculars, rangefinders and telescopes plus get hands on with many of the well-known WW2 weapons! The Jersey War Tours Shop offers some very interesting militaria & locally produced gifts for those loved ones that are hard to buy for!

Discover extensively restored fortifications with two linked by an unexpected and impressive tunnel and a rare ex-French 105mm field gun still defending St. Ouen’s Bay! Details of the original crew members and what they got up to can be found thanks to their post war return! Plus information on how the bunkers were constructed and the forced labour used.
