Finding our own natural rhythms

Deepen your understanding of yourself and of your interaction with the natural world, with Lee Bennett.

Discover how connecting with nature can have a positive impact on your overall well-being. Lee will lead you in a ‘mindful’ venture in St Ouen’s Bay, the heart of the Jersey National Park.

In this immersive experience, you’ll develop a greater appreciation for the beauty and complexity of the natural world, and learn valuable techniques for mindfulness and stress reduction.
