As we herald the reign of King Charles III, Jersey toasts the new King “Notre roi, le duc” – “Our King, the duke”. As we walk around St Helier we will explore the customs associated with the Monarch that no doubt will be reenacted when he returns to Jersey as ‘Our Duke’.
