From field-to-fork

This ‘walk and talk’, hosted by Vicky Boarder takes you through a traditional working farm which sits on the edge of the Park.

Embark on a captivating nature walk that leads you to the traditional Anneville Farm, situated on the border of the Park. And experience the epitome of ‘field-to-fork’ as you explore this 18th-century farmstead, now one of the Island’s most progressive organic farms.

Meet the farmers, The Le Gresley Family, who are dedicated to producing and supplying the local market with a diverse range of high-quality organic produce while continually seeking ways to maximise their positive impact on ecological systems.

And also meet, Chris Binney and Vicky Boarder, the dynamic duo who run their bustling kitchen operation on the farm; Binney and Boarder. Their outside catering delivers delectable seasonal organic food, inspired by nature itself. As they aptly put it, “nature is life.”

Witness how the process of creating delicious food starts much earlier than the kitchen, beginning with the very land on which it is grown.
