Explore the seabed exposed by the falling tide, and discover some of the creatures that live in this harsh but fragile environment.
We will follow the tide as it goes out, and explore the intertidal zone that is exposed. change your perspective of the beach, and discover some of the superbly adapted organisms that thrive in the area, despite being left behind by the tide.
We will be walking through tidal streams and pools, over sand and gravel, so wellies are recommended, especially during the cooler months. Extra layers are also a good idea as it can be chillier than expected at sea level.
Wellies (UK3-12/EU36-47), and waterproofs (Adult S-XXL), are available free of charge, for use during the walk and these must be reserved during the booking process to ensure that they are ready for you at the venue.
