Tuesday 27th February 2024 is Heart Awareness Day. With the wonderful people at Jersey Heart Support Group, you can find out more: get advice and listen to/share stories and experiences. Caroline Almeida (specialist nurse) will also be there, doing screening and a heart awareness presentation.
