“Little Green is a portrait of my dad, Alcindo Pinto, about the nature of his work and his outlook on the world. It’s the first film in a series of projects called ‘All Types of Medicine’ which explores and documents the passions of individuals. I’m interested in what people love and why they do it, however crazy it might seem to the next person. In this film, I look at Alcindo’s close relationship with nature and how this grew from a passion into a livelihood. In the telling, we also learn about many other things he feels strongly about.”
