Jersey Farmers Markets at Le Tacheron Farm, Trinity
Something Jersey’s been missing is here and it’s worth the trip to Trinity.
Saturday 11th July we’ll be at Le Tacheron Farm, Trinity, then every other Saturday through to the end of September. 10am–2pm. Free entry.
Browse fresh fruit and veg, locally caught seafood, cut flowers, honey, free-range eggs, meat, pastries, and freshly baked bread. Stay for the coffee and hot food made by a different chef from whatever’s seasonal and available on the day. There’s live music, farm animals to meet, loads of parking and no particular reason to rush home. Children will love it too – food, nature and soil themed activities, and the farm’s rare breed animals, from pygmy goats and baby lambs to donkeys and working horses, have a way of stopping people in their tracks.
Those living in St Martin’s, Maufant, or Victoria Village are encouraged to walk or cycle. As a thank you, anyone arriving on foot or by bike will receive a free Jersey Wonder.
