We all need a little help with our wellbeing right now and there’s lots of evidence to suggest that scrapbooking can really help with this. Encapsulating the happy and sad times in pictorial or journal form can help us process our feelings as well as creating a memory/diary/vision to share or keep. Using the principles of art therapy, this course will be a safe space to help you to take a creative approach to journaling your thoughts and memories. Materials will be provided but any additional items welcome!
