Over the past ten years, cartoonist Victoria Lomasko has dedicated her life to chronicling Putin’s Russia using graphic reportage to investigate the connections between domestic and state-sponsored violence. In this portrayal of tyranny that is part-motion picture, part-animation, Victoria must decide whether a life in Russia is possible amidst increasing threats to her safety. This film contains mild swearing, images of political violence and conversations about domestic abuse.
