Come and share the love of plants with local botanist Tina Hull on a stroll around Grève de Lecq looking at the spring flowers.
Valentine Day Botany Walk
This walk is a mix of plant identification, botanical knowledge and folklore including how some plants have come to symbolise love in all its passion and sometimes tragedy. Short walk, some uneven/steep/muddy ground. Dress warmly as we stand still a lot.
The terrain is uneven and wet in places; you might want to wear wellies for this walk.
Not suitable for children under 16.
No problem with dogs but they may get very bored as the walk doesn’t go very far!
Meeting Point: Grève de Lecq Round Tower in the Car Park
Time: 10.30 a.m. to 12 Noon
