We deliver engaging, age-appropriate relationships, health and wellbeing workshops in primary and secondary schools. Our work helps young people to develop self-esteem, confidence and the knowledge to make healthy, positive and informed choices.
We cover topics including emotional wellbeing, body image, puberty, healthy relationships, consent, online safety, pornography and online image sharing, as well as recognising when a relationship is not healthy or respectful.
Above all, we help young people understand their value and worth, and equip them with practical knowledge and skills for life.
