The main objectives of the business are two-fold. Firstly, to keep the product alive and relative to the residents of Jersey. Secondly, to bring the product to the attention of visitors to Jersey.
Such a simple product made by combining flour, butter, eggs and sugar, it is then twisted and cooked to a crisp golden colour.
I opened my honesty box in 2019 and haven’t looked back, it’s been such a huge success, but the best part is that this is my way of ensuring no one forgets the Jersey wonder and what it means to this island, all while keeping those bellies from rumbling.

As an alternative, you can now purchase a Wonder (or two) from the honesty box outside the front door, made freshly and available from Thursday- Sunday, 10am – 6pm
