The Champion Hurdle (Champions Day)

Bringing together the top hurdlers to compete to become Champion Hurdler of 2019. The first leg of the Champions days. A super, popular evening meeting, watch the sunset over Grosnez Castle whilst listening to live music after the racing.

First race at 6.30pm, site open from 5.00pm.

Why not bring a picnic ( weather permitting) and make the most of the evening sunshine and sunset. Benches are available on the viewing hill for all to use.

Tables are available in the marquee, enjoy a fabulous three course dinner, with Tote facilities, bar, and TV screens to watch all the action. The table is yours for the entire evening, making a perfect base to return to between races.

Entry fee – £15.00 to include FREE car parking, FREE race card and FREE entry to the viewing hill.
Children under 16 – FREE
Day members – £25.00 to include members parking, race card, entry to the viewing hill, and entry to the exclusive members marquee and bar.

Coaches – for the afternoon meetings, there is a 12pm and 1pm service from Liberation Station, in St Helier. Return service is 5.30pm. For evening meetings, there will be a 5pm service with a 9.45pm return.
All coaches depart from stand N at Liberation Station, cost £10 per person. This does not include entry to the course.
